MedChef, a fun kick-off for new U-M Medical School Leadership Initiative

"MedChef" -- a recent event organized by the University of Michigan Medical School and Ross School of Business -- gave incoming first-year medical students a chance to hear from top faculty at the medical and business schools, then test their teamwork skills by working with their peers to create a themed meal for 50 and serve it with flair to discriminating -- and hungry -- faculty and alumni judges. The event served as a kick-off for the schools' new leadership initiative that's being rolled out to all medical students.
