I have used the video here today to find and clean my injectors and screen. About a year ago I found SoftenerParts-Com and bought my timer motor to fix my water softener. This guy has the answers, videos, parts, manuals. Compared to the HUNDREDS of bucks that I was going to pay, I fixed the system twice now, myself, with their help. Not hard at all.
