Galle Yacht Mooring Area, Sri Lanka

This is where the vistiting boats moor when visiting Sri Lanka and the only harbor you can stay at is Galle on the southern coast. The Navy has this harbor closed off for security as they have been in a civil war for the last 20 years. At night the navy throws explosives into the water to deter frogmen from bombing the harbor, you can hear the booming thu the hull at night guite well...Great place to vistit, cheap and people are super friendly. Since the mooring area is on a navy base the guy you see on the video asked me to stop filming as it is prohibited, opps....
