Christmas Cookies 101 - Lebkuchen

Homemade Christmas Cookies (Plätzchen) - Lebkuchen

For the dough you need:
375g Honey
500g flour
185g Sugar
2 Eggs
candied lemon peel
candied orange peel
1 lemon (peel)
150g Almonds (shredded)
150g Walnut (shredded)
15g Natron
1Sp Kakao
Cinnamon
Clove
Kirschwasser (Schnaps)

Icing/Glazing
Sugar Powder
Water

1) Melt Honey (it should be really hot!)
2) Add flour (dough should be really sticky)
3) Stir eggs and sugar really creamy
4) Put everything together (+ rest of incridents)
5) Let the dough rest for an hour (fridge)
6) Put the dough on a baking tray (fingerthick)
7) Bake it in the oven for 15mi (180°C=356F)
8) Cut it while it is still hot
9) Glaze it (SugarPowder-Water-Mix)
