  • Furthermore, the Courts, the City, the State, even the friggin UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, HOMELAND SECURITY, CIA, FBI, are simply "Corporations". Since they are simply a piece of stinking paper, they cannot be sworn in, they cannot be cross examined. Demand to face your accuser, that is our RIGHT. If a Prosecutor or Judge says it's legal, DEMAND one of them to swear in under penalty of perjury. These are our Public Servants yet they co-assign us as a Public Trustree when we are the beneficiaries.

  • Good man! Thanks for posting!

  • Well done that man. Was that it? What was you in court for?? So the judge just dropped everything?

  • This happened to mcattack21 all credit and respect to him.

Yeah that was just it! Doesn't matter why he was there, all that matters is he had not harmed anyone...

  • It may work in Ireland, but not in Fascist America.

I tried this yesterday in court in Santa Rosa. I have been a sovereign activist since 1994. I have tried almost everything. Yesterday, in Traffi Court, I used this method. I was ran right over by the commissioner. She was nice about it, but she actually said to me "Unfortunately, I cannot relieve myself of the duty in this case". And proceeded to tell me she understood my position and hoped not to inconvenience me too much. Part human/robot

  • @1blackdove You've done nothing but name-call in any of your arguments. your immaturity is showing

  • ive been over this many many times. truth: no consent = no rule.

truth: crime = damage, loss or injury to one's person or property.

example: i get arrested for possession of pot. i go to court. i do not consent waive the benefits, yadda yadda, i know the drill, case dismissed, ty very much.

i just suffered loss of my property from a man brandishing a deadly weapon, who then kidnapped me and forced me into a military tribunal. i will accept my property back as consideration.

    hmmm...

  • @freedomdomain Well tell them next time I do not consent & waive the benefit. Also claim Common Law Jurisdiction. Then if they persist ask them is it an order and then charge them for money than they charged you to perform such an order.

  • Polkaten ,what a wonderfully law aiding citizen you are! Your capacity for sarcasm obviously has no bounds ,why dont you go vaccinate yourself like a responsible person,i d rather give you verbal abuse rather than argue with you ,cos to argue with the likes of you is like talking to a brick wall and you people make me sick!

  • @1blackdove - You are obviously a highly educated and well spoken chap. Really, what a peach! "Go fuck yourself", a classic!! Well done! I am humbled! Perhaps you could stretch yourself a liitle bit when considering a reply, I might suggest trying not to embarass yourself and letting the side down next time though, but well done!!!

  • @Polkaten go fuck yourself!!

  • polkaten why dont you go fuck yourself!!

  • It depends what you mean? All humans are equal, there is a fine line when it comes to authority. The man in the video sat in grass and he was abused by the police, the state and the courts. They dont actually have that kind of authority. Dont just say, 'so the court should not impose authority', thats a silly straw man argument.

  • So the court shoul not impose authority?
