From KETC, LIVING ST. LOUIS Producer Patrick Murphy follows the repair and re-hanging of the chandelier that has hung in the rotunda of the Missouri State Capitol since 1918. The chandelier was damaged during repair work in 2006, and was brought to St. Louis Antique Lighting Company in University City, which specializes in repairing historic light fixtures. This chandelier was quite a challenge, as it has 2,000 parts and weights 8,000 pounds, but after much care and work, it once again hangs in Jefferson City.
I had no idea these are being made in St. Louis
