Montreal St. Patrick's Day Parade Sunday March 22, 2009 - DSC 1614

This is the second video clip that I shot of Montreal's St. Patrick's Day Parade this Sunday March 22, 2009. It shows a large effigy of St. Patrick proceeding along St. Catherine Street passing in front of St. James The Apostle Church.

This video, and all other videos of the 2009 St. Patrick's Day Parade in Montreal, were shot in 720p HD video using my Nikon D90 DSLR in D-Movie Mode with an 18-200mm Nikkor VR lens. The picture quality is a lot sharper than the compressed YouTube "normal" video which makes it look very "soft". View this HD video in YouTube's HQ mode if you can, it is a lot better "viewing experience". They look good in full screen mode. About 15-20 more video clips of the 2009 St. Patrick's Day Parade are on the way. . .

I was in the parade. I was with the guys with the green sashes. and on them it says A.o.h div.1 I was holding a banner :( but i didnt see it in the video.
