Often called "Spinal QiGong", this wonderful series emphasizes circulation & free-flow. It develops an interconnection with the ground, flexibility of the spine, and an ability to express spirals & waves throughout the body. Recommended for anyone with a playful nature, BaGua Zhang practitioners, and for those with back problems. This is considered a "complete" energetic practice, and may be used daily for health maintenance.
For more information watch our other (more detailed) videos, and visit our website. If you'd like to donate to the instructors out of gratitude, or would like to purchase a DVD of the form, feel free to contact us at any time.
Thanks for watching, & keep practicing!

  • when i spiral my chi in the tan tien a book said clockwise then conterclockwise. but what is clock wise? i mean facing me or me facing out? top to lef to down to right?

Great question! Typically, if you're reading a book that is written for qigong practitioners, then you'll do the circle that YOU would see looking at a clock-face.

If you're reading a book for health practitioners (acupuncturists, etc.), then it's designed for people to do TO someone else.

Different masters will suggest different directions for different reasons. Don't look for the "right" answer, simply hold the question in your body-mind & "listen" for YOUR response.

    Enjoy!

  • Respond to this video... Many blessings and thanks.

  • @ironman0594 When you're moving clockwise you are moving right-otherwise you are doing what's left...do what comes natural and put the book down.
