  • There's an easier method, find the lcd of the denominator, which is 21(or 3 X 7 = 21). Then,

    (3/3)4/7 + (7/7)1/3 = 12/21 + 7/21 = 19/21.

  • when it said "for dummies" i thought it was going to be shortcuts not all this 2/5*2/8+8/12 and yu get like three. that makes it hard
