Ed's Tiki Bar #4 of 4

Sadly, our visit to the Tiki Bar must end after just one Mai Tai, though it was rather large. Notice the hand-crafted back-lit tiki carvings on the base of the bar, the 20 tons of beach sand, the bamboo, the artwork and the craftsmanship of the cushioned bar ledge. As Ed said, "This isn't your typical fringed cardboard crap." We hope to visit again, and so shall you. Aloha!

Attn. Tiki fans-- big news! Ed's Tiki Bar is now Tony's (Ogakor) Tiki Bar! Change of address required Ed to consider abandoning his great shrine to the Alaskan Polar Bear Heater. Forturnately, yr thghtfl srvnt stepped in and made Ed an offer he couldn't refuse to "keep it in the family." Look for the grand re-opening in our new poolside swim-up location this spring!

i tried to do the backlighting just like that on a mask in my office and it never turned out the way i holy wtf was that noise? oh.... the straw. yeah i couldnt figure out how to make a single uniform red glow in the eyes like that. i have three masks i need to do this summer so looking for a good way to do it.

Ed will be delighted to hear that his Tiki bar is popular in the off-season. Sorry, I do not know the secret of his Tikiness, nor do I have his email address to pass along to you. The next time I talk to him on the phone, though, I'll ask how he did it. He is a talented craftsman and has restored some of the world's rarest automobiles. He can knock out stuff like this Tiki bar in his sleep.
