1 Utah CPS database has false allegations & foster histories

Utah's Department of Social Services has a database all allegations of child abuse and neglect are kept in. It's called SAFE and it is a form of SACWIS. Although this spokesperson claims the money is not in to link into the other states as of yet, she does admit they keep record of anonymous allegations that the accused may not even hear about, ever. Also, to boot, an individual's foster care record is kept in this system.

Why else could they possibly keep someone's foster care record in the system used to pull information from to take custody of an individual's children? Some would ask the same of unfounded accusations.

She is a spokesperson, i.e. public relations, says what she is trained to say. Previous contact is a "risk" + always in the petition in all states - part of the false allegations filler to make it look worse (ongoing). Unsubstantiated allegations are then substantiated by the "case plan" which involves paid contractors (state agents) who tailor their "reports" (unlawful opinions) based on what CPS tells them. They rely on CPS for a job ($). They are NOT neutral, but part of the trafficking ring.

i was in foster care a few years ago and i would love to share my story with you. i was treated like crap and got kicked out of foster care for telling the truth.
