The artillery if powerless if the enemy is close-up, but given enough micromanagement skills you can wreak some serious havoc with several of them.

Learn to play. Do not use slow tanks to fight against artillery. It is not OP. You are just using it incorrectly. Downvoting for the win. (but not your win,you fail)
