In our golf swing, "we want our lower body stable as we load into the backswing, then upper body to stabilize while the lower body becomes mobile into transition." This stretching and firing concept is explained by Glass in the Pelvic Powerhouse segment.
In the sequencing segment, Glass explains how to develop power from the ground and deliver the power into your hands and finally the golf club and golf ball.
