  • What weight category are you on man? My advise as a taekwondo enthusiast going into MMA, do not put down your hand guards when doing Front kicks, SideKicks or 45s.

Also, work on your Left Jabs.

You already have Ground game and Rythm. Amazing! keep it up.

  • @blakwingz im in light heavyweight, thanks for your advice, will work on it

  • I really hate to say this but you will need to bump up the number of your training sessions. You have to do this. If your ultimate goal is UFC then that has to be your top priority. Every training session has to be you constantly fighting with your conciousness to overcome the unbearable pain of throwing 300 leg kicks, executing 100 sprawls, performing 500 burpies, slinging kettle bells for countless sessions. If you can overcome this, then you can do whatever it is you want.

  • @Jncwarrior i feel you bro! i would love to bump my training sessions numbers,

but at the moments i can't... i have a social life tho lol. but i will start to go to different training

like when im not in my camp, i will go to some Judo training or different stuff to be well rounded.

but thanks for your advice bro, it was really constructive !

  • Only thing I really have to say is leg kicks bro. I don't know how much you work on them but leg kicks. Those well mess up anyones day. Turn your hips and get the snap. Work on them, takes away their shot, power, speed, and mobility. Throw like 10 a round. It's the most basic thing but keeps them at a good distance and if you can get the power in it like Pat Barry does. OWWWWW.

  • @NicholasB1224 lol im not at pat barry level yet, but i will take ur advice and work on that until i get there! thanks

  • good work, nice video

    good luck

  • Man i wish you the best in your career and WORK YOUR ASS OFF!!!! The most you sweat in the gym the least you bleed in the cage.

  • Keep it up man. Put in the hard work and you can achieve your goal. I would also echo what a few others have said already, work out more than 3 times a week. I was a club level distance runner and when I was doing that I was running 7 days a week (half-marathon distance in 1hour 25mins), sometimes twice a day. I'm sure fighters would have to do the equivalent in terms of their work outs to get to the top of their game. I'm wishing you good luck man! Train hard and wise.

  • if you want to be a fighter, I've 2 words od advice:

    SMOKE SOME HASH!!!
