Silly stoner, too bad your eyes are going to be shot when you get older because of the high power diffuse green laser light.. Buddy, GET SOME GOGGLES!!!
Even at 50mw it's a good idea to get goggles.
P.S. killer laser though!

It can't be very good for the wall

@spuzzdawg They use it for a blue light source. Just google the Casio XJ-A140 Projector laser

@budabob07 Why would a DLP projector contain a laser?
-
This is one of those cases when, if you play with it, you really get a good chance of going blind :))

The new AMS lasers are putting out 150 watts of green. We have one at the hospital. So in ten to fifteen years , "when there cheep enough " kids will be shooting them in to the sky. Great that's just what wee need .

@bmw5002 30 watts of green power in a dark room would have whited out the camera, blinded them all, and set the wall on fire.
-
lol letting stoned people without eye protection with a laser that powerful is a recipe for disaster
-
@mewrox99 its not a cigerete ....... its a joint problem solved

@spuzzdawg Except those videos claiming 1W 445nm lasers are all true. They come from a DLP casio projector that uses 1W 445's as a light source. People take apart the projector and sell the diodes. They do actually put out over a full watt of laser light.

@bmw5002 haters for a good reason.
That's dangerous.

What a complete shower of imature assholes. This clown sounds so bloody thick he still wouldn't have the sense to understand what had happened if he lost sight in both eyes. His age hs clearly passed his IQ.
posted a pic of a similar system running at 40 watts. link is in the description.

I don't believe it's 30W
The difuse reflections at 30W from dust in the air is enough to cause eye damage, hell the reflection from a ciggerete would be catastrophic

@mewrox99 look at how bright it is. it used a water cooled head with a modified power supply and some other modified parts to be able to crank up to close to 100w. but he wouldnt run any more than 30w because of the danger. i would have to ask him what exactly was modified on it.

@mewrox99 oh yeah and the damn thing was wired directly into circuit breakers on the electrical panel!! LOL thats how much power it needed. im pretty sure it was 240v.
