four four rhythm from the Palmer-Hughes method beginning book 1B that I did 2 things differently with. One, I changed the count on the quarter notes after the whole 'G' note, just for variety. Two, I added a stop change on the piano side. After playing through it once (D.C. al Fine)in 'Bandoneon' I changed the tone to 'Master' for a fuller sound to 'Fine'. This has not yest been introduced to me by my master instructor Mike Marotta but I think he will be pleased and surprised when I p lay it for him during my 4th lesson coming up soon...

  • Does the book say to switch timbres on the second time through? It sounds good, I'm just hoping I didn't miss it on mine. :P

  • Those Palmer-Hughes songs will forever be embedded in my subconscious. Damn you PH, damn you,
