@ShikamaruTKD Well yes, we are in debt. But then again, who isn't. And that has mainly been the fault of our last two presidents, but we weren't very proud of them. Also the govt didn't almost shut down because we were OUT of money, it was because the old Dem legislature had a budget for govt spending, but then the Dems were voted out. The new Reps had very little time to agree on a new budget and last weekend was the due date. If they had no spending plan, the gov programs wouldn't run=shutdown
