Judging from the clothes from the people on the dancefloor and the quality from the video I think it's recently filmed. And thus can't it be the Beatles, but a good lookalike band.

It doesn't sound like them, it doesn't look like them, the drum has the Beatles scribbled on it, not like what the real printed one looks like. Nice try but not.
