On the part where you can't hear what I'm saying, I'm just saying how many reps I did on every exercise, which was 25reps. I'm not a professional trainer, this is just what I do and how I do it!

  • What do u recommend doing 10 months after having a baby? I need to loose this extra chub! I'm only 139 lbs, I was 120 & skinny before I got pregnant! =(

  • @HypnotizeBabe If you got the link, I recommend you do the interval training videos, they're meant for weight loss, Jump rope and running in place are also a great way to lose weight.

  • btw which workout is this on the bodyrock website? There are so many workouts its hard to know where to begin looking!

  • @DatLatinHeat Lol, this one is just what I do, I mix the ones I like into one workout, I would suggest you go to her youtube page and scroll down to her very first videos and just start there.
