Cameramen are ORDERED at the TT to swing camera up at any hint oif a bad crash. He'd have been sacked if he DIDN'T. TT doesn't want fatal crashes allover the net, at least from the official presenter network.

@MGPHOPEFUL Cameramen want to live - they are usually in the firing line and naturally duck away. The censorship is in the edit, I'd imagine. Biggest TT moment I ever saw apart from this was a man doing a 140mph handstand on the bars when his ass got spat out the saddle on the bump on top of the rise just outside Crosby, before it dips down to the church....

Of course, there's lots more you hear about from the riders that are never witnessed!

So some of you honestly think the cameraman thought 'oh wow, he may crash here and at this speed it could be fatal, so I need to follow my order and lift my camera?'

I personally think he thought 'shit, JUMP!'

Having been a spectator and Marshall at the TT for over a decade I know it's my first thought to get out the fuckin way at the first sign of a machine getting out of shape!

i think you will find that the camera man was running away so that he wasnt to be hit by the bike or ride if he had crashed.
