It is so sad. Every time anyone purchased a container of cow's milk, they are supporting this cruelty. I wish I could educate the entire world about this barbaric practice and convince people to stop purchasing dairy products. Poor babies.

And the dairy industry wants the 30-hour time-off-feed limit legalized!! This is indeed the dairy industry's dirty little secret, which I hope gets all the negative publicity it deserves. I have seen frail, too-young, scouring calves thrown into pens to wait for death; I have seen calves badly injured in rickety trailers thrown into sale pens where they lie in their blood. The treatment of bobby calves is a national disgrace.

Calves in north america don't fare much better. This atrocity needs to be seen by all who consume that product.
