Rights are not granted nor backed by the Constitution...

The ONLY relationship between Rights and the Consitution is th e2nd Amendment...where it ENTITLES the individual to "bear arms" in order to preotect their Rights, mainly Property Rights,,,

The law part of this statement is correct. But the business practice part isn't protected under the Constitution but by the 1964 Civil Rights Act. And you right-wing libertarians don't like the 1964 civil rights act, why don't you and Ron Paul attempt to get legislation passed to strike it down?

And the constitution doesn't just limit government, it allow endow rights. Like the 1st, 2nd amendment, or the 23rd amendment.

I have no issue with any CEO making millions...why should I?

...and no, it is not governments job to provide jobs to people...how are these jobs paid for?...through raising taxes and taking equity from the private sector..ultimately, reducing the job count in the private sector and reducing the overall economy as a whole.

by the way, you wont find anything as such in the Constitution as the Constitution limits GOVERNMENT.

Also, no Government in a Republic can make discrimination laws...this is a stepping stone towards Socialism as you are taking from the individual and given in to a collective group.
