Monster Hunter 3 (Tri) Playthrough 88 - Lurking Shadow in the Darkness 2/2

Warning: For those of you who watched my Silent Hill: Shattered Memories Playthrough, you'll recognize the same near pitch-black issue from vids 12 & 13 of that Playthrough in the next couple of vids in this one. Best I can suggest to everyone is fullscreen the vid and watch it in the dark, and hopefully you can mostly make out what is going on. It's just the way my Dazzle captures the gameplay for some reason, and no amount of editing or tweaking has produced any results or solutions, so sorry in advance. I will post a vid soon that will hopefully make it slightly easier to see what is happening in the darkness in the next couple of vids, but at the loss of color and quality. =(

He's probably weak to fire + you hit his head a couple times so that's probably why he was easy for you.

@9taildfox909 I would assume Asexual. It can make tons and tons of Giggi by laying those eggs, which would probably grow into Gigginox, repeating the cycle.

Gigginox is probably the only monster ....ah hah ! next to the lagiacrus, that i have not yet been able to defeat :( !? twice i've made the gigginox limp back to his nest at cave (area 5), but i never really seem to complete the mission in time or i run out of health potions from all the posion smashes i didn't block.

@GamreetheGreenMage I thought the same thing. But honestly I think of that as a disadvantage. He's kinda slow on his wings. I don't even know if Gagganox is male or female. Could be asexual.. hell idk

dude your armour is so lame and your weapon well its good but your armour is lame and you can still kill the gigginox i have better armour and i cant kill it , any tips?

@xemmas I think that's because there is a certain time where the effects of a tranq bomb linger. like you can tranq a monster while it's running into a trap and it'll work sometimes. I wouldn't say to do that but I've seen it. btw Im a lancer so I didn't have any problems with this guy,
