@rowie1311 But just because it doesn't get explained instantly and only does in the second season, it still is a part of the plot which does make sense after the second season. The fact it's only explained then is just a consciously set up element.

@europea5 Higurashi DOES have a plot. The fact it's more complex or that you didn't understand it doesn't make it non-existent. Higurashi was made as a source of entertainment mainly (also by it's complexity, as it makes you think how the hell points of the story relate), but it still does have very meaningful and deep messages. You just have to try and look.

Ok, i could rant on this ALL DAY, but i'll put it short. Elfen lied has a deep and incomplex plot (tortured girl trrying to live life) Higurashi has NO story line what so ever. Elfen Lied has better voice acters in the dubbed version than higurashi. Who cares if elfen lied has nudity, apparently youtbe likes it if its allowed on the site, which only prooves that elfen lied is a good anime. HEY EVERYONE, GIVE MY COMMENT A THUMBS UP IF U SUPPORT ELFEN LIED!!!!!!!!
