You're half Christian?

Apparently some people still say they're half Christian and half Jewish, etc. This indicates that either they really can't decide, or simply that they don't really care and they just take what their parents did in order to have something to call their generic belief in God. I'd guess the latter, although the former is pretty funny.

I know someone who, as an adult, discovered her real parents were ethnically Jewish, and despite being riased Chrisitan, which she observed, she then decided to convert officially to Judaism and and took it as far as moving to Isreal and raising her son Jewish. The Jesus bit become unreal and the Jews became right because of her ethnic background ! And yet she still talks in terms of either being an atheist or believing in 'God' - when her god really has changed.
