When it comes to weight loss the issue isnt can you lose weight, it is how are you going to do it quickly and easily.

I agree that there are so many weight loss scam and quick fix promises out there that you just cannot trust. But what I would add is that there is always a genuine weight loss program out there in between all of the nonsense others are selling.

  • @flord777 Of crourse you will lose mucle mass. Therefore you must workout 3 times a week to keep your mucle on toned up ,if you understand what i mean that is,Nerverthe less it will be hard to starve yourself unless you have a will or something like that haha.

  • Starving yourself is very bad for anyone interested in athletic activities, you will kill muscle by starving yourself and Im not just talking muscle you can re build after a month of training, muscle builds slowly and takes good nutrition or lots of fatty foods to get the protein required. If you starve yourself for a few days you will wipe out years of muscles, it's much better to just lose weight eating healthy high protein meals if you're fat, then re build your body with a healthy diet.
