Actually, I have a good friend that works for a quantum physist that said he is now hearing from the scientific community that we are most likely a binary star system. However he does not believe the planet-x theory.

A brown dwarf traveling through the ort cloud would pick up so much dust around it that it would be nearly invisible in regular light. A 3000 yr orbit would make its existence basically unknown to astronomy. The star system Gamma Leonis has such an orbit. The proposed orbit is between mars and juptier, i dont think it would have such an effect on earth as to start earthquakes and disasters. Asteroids would be winged around, and there might be some solar activity. The end of the world, no.
