"The Last Night" Skillet

This is my all time favourite song by Skillet! This is the song I waited all night to see so I was thrilled to be able to get it! In 2007 I was able to see them at Battle Cry and when they played this song, I was hooked. It was great I could get the explanation for the song on camera and lyrically this really hits home right from the first words, just love it! The pyrotechnics where amazing and the whole show was just amazing! After the show I snuck backstage and met their new guitarist (replacing Ben). He was such a sweetheart! I told him that I came from Canada, Skillet has been my favourite band for quite some time and if it would be possible to get their autographs. HE TOTALLY HOOKED ME UP! I wish I could have met them but one day I'm hoping to see them in concert again. It really shows that they care for their fans- just to take time out to sign something. It may not have been a big deal to them but it defiantly shows a lot on their character.
