Lonnie Brooks joined his sons Wayne Baker Brooks and Ronnie Baker Brooks on stage for the closeout of the Chicago Grammy Committee's Annual Blues Fest Kickoff. Buddy Guy's Legends is the home of the kickoff and Buddy recently moved to new digs up the street. 700 Wabash is home to a grand new club, seating 250 down in the main club and 150 upstairs in the Green Room. A larger facility, perfect sight lines, more tables and great lights and sound! The menu remains the same from the old place, more than solid fare for a "bar"! Here the boys light up the night with a Brooks' standard from his "Bayou Lightin'" album: "Watchdog". Shot on 6/10/10, starting just before 1 AM.
Hey Sub,thanx much for posting! Did they relax their "no video" policy at Legends for this event only?
