@wretcheddog I think they alrready changed it, they threw out new series of XV 500 called XV 599, and now if you see on the XV 500 (on gfs.com) they have the XV 599 wich is pretty decnt it looks something like epiphone, go check it out.

they look alot like tokai's imo :)

You need a tuner imho ;)

is the head that ugly as it seems in gfs site?

I have a XV-510 and I think they are really good guitars. I have since purchase more expensive guitars and I still play my Xaviere all the time.(Actually I have 2 Xavieres, XV-510 and XV-870, both really good.)
it does..once you have it properly set up. hence the one piece neck.

For the record I can actually play a little bit. I m going to be posting a cover of aerials by system in a few days. Then you guys can get a better idea of how it sounds.

how does this compare to an agile because ive seen 1 with a floyd rose tremolo but it would cost like 270 after shipping

Just depends on what your looking for. GF pickups will be better than anything on an agile. If your looking for a floyd rose maybe these arent you style? These do blues and rock quite well but nothing to heavy unless you switch out the stock pick ups.
