I have the "My First Sony" TCM-4500 sing-along kiddie cassette recorder from 1991, and it was a slightly updated version of the TCM-4000. The cassette door is on the bottom and the speaker grill is on the top, and it does have a DC bias. You've seen the "My First Sony" cassette recorder shown on my other channels "MagcialWorldofMusic" and "DisneyAudioMagic". They were so cool.

i remember some of my classmates in school had those products. Were these products less cheaper than regular Sony products? If so, they provided some good profit for Sony. Could you imagine if they had my first sony psp or ps3? Lol
