  • 102sammy - take it very slow and gradual. don't jam into the movement but try to shave away at the tension. if you jam into it you'll tighten up more and feel worse. if you focus on shaving it away - and be patient with it, cause it could take a while - you should see progress. good luck :)

  • THANK YOU! This immediately relievd the pain from my shoulders down to wrists, and fingers. My left wrist has been extremely painful ever since I injured it two years ago in cheerleading, and they havent felt this good since then.. this is amazing!

  • @BlazeDragon133 heey there that happens to me im only 15 and i love the guitar but i was told that i have a ganglion in my wrist i dont know if this helps but good luck :)

  • Hey, i used to always click my wrist and they really hurt, like a weird tickling pain. i play guitar and i know it's not that but it doesnt help so ive stopped for a while, whenever i move them clockwise or anti clockwise they click really bubbles but these bubbles become very painful and im afraid to bend em in the slightest because that makes them hurt also. May you help me out here? its been going on for months

  • just causes pain and makes my hand stiff but thanks any way however the hand circles and fingers are good

  • Thanks for your response. Im not sure what happened . I work with my hands ,play softball . The only workout i do is pushups. So I dont know if it came from one of those three or not. My chiropractor says he is going to give me laser treatment . I will let you know how it goes .

  • @rogerm1109 Nope, I went to the doctor and he took an x-ray and said there was nothing he could see on the x-ray and it was probably just a strain (not a sprain). I have not worked out for over a month and it has slowly (very slowly) been improving. I think I just lifted too heavy too fast and jerked my wrist and caused some damage. What happened to your wrist? Workout accident?

  • @dermlover1 Did you ever find out what was causing this ? I have the exact same yhing going on.
