As the Enterprise is returning from a diplomatic mission, a freak accident in engineering has dire consequences for Chekov. While not canon, this episode is entertaining nonetheless.

  • Where's the first bit of this? It's missing some of it.

  • There are two versions of this. This one (the original) and a "night in 1969" version. This one is complete but the other version has some extra footage. Paramount didn't want it on YouTube so the Phase 2 team asked that it not be posted here.

  • This is New Voyagers not Phase 2, whatever it is.

  • You might want to check their website at startrekphase2(dot)com. I believe you will find that they dropped the "New Voyages" title as indicated by the new web address.

Low budget but with some spirited amateur acting from most of the regular cast, brilliant acting from the guest stars and a story and a character driven script that's as good as some of the best of the original Star Trek. Nice one!

  • Right after the Enterprise makes it's appearance, Chekov keeps checking out the ambassadors rack.

  • @Susana1027 Well, the acting was almost just as bad in TOS. The difference was that the bad acting was OVERacting, not UNDERacting. Overacting is beloved. Underacting.... just looks awkward.

  • This is weird :/

  • The Captain is the young Schwarzenegger ?..wt** oO

  • this is even worse than ste
