Yea, you have a full kitchen to cook and all that good stuff. But they will take you to Wal-Mart for groceries and such.

what would better your chances of getting into the program? or is it just a random drawing. I know you need to do well on the interview, but anything else?

I feel a lot of it depends on having a great interview, being enthusiastic about the Program, and wanting to do something completely unique. Also, checking several roles on your role checklist will help your chances. It is pretty competitive, so if you get in, you should be proud. Good luck!
