The definition of Pyongwon is "stretch, vast plain." The name carries with it a connotation of being large and majestic.

  • @ronjustincase well i would like to see a taekwondo guy beat up a judoka i am still waiting to see that.

  • @SAMFlSHER40l7

Sam I know many TKD guys who really are the best I've trained with. So you perhaps should see some of those, and open your eyes, as they are shut.

  • I refuse to believe he is actually making those sounds.

  • Any trained muay thai fighter or even a Boxer will beat the shit out of a taekwondo guy any day.

  • I have to learn this for my 4th degree. For the Joonbi motion, do you make a fist and cover it with the left, or is it two knife hands over the other?

  • where's the sound come from?!

  • i wonder how much practice these guys put into it. the wobble on the diamon blocks in crane stance is embarrassing.

  • yup i thimk this one is really cool because it is in the same line. i love doing the part with the mountian block

  • @86rithy A slightly more elaborate answer is that pretty much everything the Koreans do in martial arts starts with the left foot.

  • this guy could still bring stuff to the table:)
