This is our crazy psychotic/addict neighbor. For some reason he likes to get drunk and yell at our door. Our only communication with him has been during his drunken outbursts. His resume includes: yelling, spitting, attempted breaking an entering and kicking doors.

If you read the top portion just below the video, the uploaders have had direct problems with this individual, and so if this asshole doesn't care enough about his own mental health, then why are we responsible? Is he helping anyone, all that he is concerned with is his pecker. I'll shove down his damned throat if it really is an issue for him if he'd like. I'd just shoot him.

It is damned wrong and we should just demand to live rent free or mortgage free if this is what it comes to. Why should we have to pay to live around people like this. I wasn't brought up this way. This guy needs help sad thing is I bet no one cares. My neighbor is a complete psycho and all the police and judges say is "oh well, you know she's crazy" wtf??!! No one locks her up. I need help lol.
