It was alright. I don't understand your comment on how Cisco training helps you fix issues and then you call someone else to fix the issue in the next scene? I also didn't like how the end user was always portrayed as being rude and ignorant.

The other person on the phone was Ryan-one of the students in the video... So we were not having someone else fix the problem; we were solving it together.
As for the end user's attitude, this was intended to be a humorous video. Although if you had much real-world experience outside of the classroom, you would know not every user is knowledgeable or friendly. One of the challenges of IT is remaining polite and helpful under duress.
