No doesn't try to look like him, he DOES look like him. Always has. The mannerisms, hair, everything is Chris Phillips and if the similarity to Zowie Bowie is there, he's just lucky! Name was ingenious, the REAL Zowie Bowie, (who goes by a completely different name) has spoken with Chris regarding the name choice and is fine with it. Maybe you are bummed you didn't think of using it???

I'm trying to think of a reason why a person would take the name Zowie Bowie other than to cash in on the success of a certain Rock N Roll icon. It even looks like the guy tries to look like David circa early 90s.
