William Ryder was at his best against South Africa in the 2006 Wellington Sevens Final. He not only scored a hat-trick, but also sets up Epeli Dranivasa for the try of the tournament. His steps are out of this world.

  • @5mthstoord it's called a goose-step. the power comes from the floating in the air, he might be running 75% and then after the hop in the air, he can explode in any direction. just go out and train doing the step in every direction, and watch alot of waisale serevi videos ahaha
