Very unique custom built Shoda platinum series CNC router with an automatic pod system. Machine includes a Renishaw probe, tool length measurement probe, 46 position drill bank, servo c-axis, twin table, dust hoods, 18 position ATC, liquid cooled colombo spindle.

  • I wouldn't say they were the first as that's debatable, but they have some interesting machines.  I find Homag and IMA to be far more advanced and far more user friendly.

  • Well, they'd better be good- Shoda originated the NC router in 1968.

  • Very impressive machine. I work with a "regular" SHODA 5-Axis router at my work. Very beefy tough pieces of equipment.
