Yes, Obama's bill defunded the senior advantage program popular to many seniors. It is why AARP supported Obamacare as they market senior plans that compete with senior advantage. AARP is poised to rake in millions if not billions in profit thanks to Obama; this cut eliminates their competition.

This is why Obamacare's main provisions was postponed until after the 2012 November election where Obama would not be influenced by the bad press after his cuts were understood.

1st of all i would like to view your source where you can prove he "bought" anyone off.. Second of all it takes more than 2 senators to get a bill passed. 3rd of all, there will be no need for Medicare after Obama Care gets off the ground cause its pretty much the exact same thing. Medicare is paid by income tax ,so im pretty sure everyone with Medicare will get Obama Care . It will be like switching plans for the people on Medicare, but Obama Care is for everyone... Medicare is a government plan and is paid by income taxes by the people who qualify. So after Obama Care kicks in (which is NOT a mandate for all you ignorant souls out there) there will be no need for Medicare cause people with Medicare will get Obama Care which would be pretty much exactly the same thing as having Medicare except Obama Care is for everyone.
