WoW: Wrath of the Lich King - Crystalsong Forest

This is my favorite area of the new Wrath of the Lich King game.

It is nestled underneath Dalaran, a beautiful forest made of pure crystal. It glows beautifully.

All i can say is that it was a normal forest untill a battle between The Blue Dragonflight and the Black Dragonflight, where an elder Blue dragon cast a frezeing spell witch reacted with the dead blue dragons blood turning the forest to crystal ice.

Crystalsong is unbeliavable...easily the best graphics in WoW to date. But it hasn't shown up on any of the WotLK maps and Blizzard hasn't mentioned it AT ALL...is it going to be a full zone, or a kinda sub-area of Dragonblight/Storm Peaks, like what Coldarra is to the Borean Tundra?

Well, in Zul'drak (the area north of Grizzly Hills) you'll notice that if you keep heading west, you'll exit into the crystalsong forest. The end of my vid shows the stairs leading to zul'drak.

My presumption is that since dalaran is right above this zone, it will be the central hub of action. north to icecrown, east to zul'drak, south to grizzly hills... it is just in the center of it all.

that forest is not an ease on the eye. It gives me the headachs doing more then 1 hr in that place.

i totally agree. i remember when having epics ment you EARNED somthing. not farmed badges in heroics every day =/

i surpose its helping all the 'casual' gamers but tbh it kinda ruins the whole 'epic' feel of the game if everywhere you look. there are other characters running around in all the same gear as you =[
