To be honest Ellroy's story on how he votes and what he actually believes in changes depending on who he's talking to, what book he's promoting and what mood he's in. I think he is a confrontational but, essentially, A-political guy.

John McCain was very respectable years ago but now he's changed so much & fails to do any redeemable action that moves the health care summit forward & instead he starts harassing Obama saying he can do a better job.

It's not an interview, it's an one-hour-feature with the two guys walking through LA talking and barking (literally). You won't find it on the net, the series is great but not popular.
