Clearly, the insurance companies are not nearly efficient enough. If health care doesnt destroy us, our Social Security obligations will.

The death panels already exist! They're in the private sector, though. They're called insurance providers.

What she is saying is that because she had the choice to get insurance she survived. That's a good choice lady.
However, the reality is that many people cannot make a choice because insurance companies will not insure them because they are high risk.
