the organ sounds nice, but is it just me or is the organist just doing his/her own thing and hope the audience can keep up?

So many of the Protestants ( Reformed ( = " Calvinists " = " Presbyterians " ) are descendants of the French Protestants , ( " Huguenots " ) , who found refuge in Switzerland between the XVI th and XVIII th centuries because of the intense repression they endured in France , their country , followed by the complete interdiction of Protestantism ...
Geneva welcomed many , many Huguenots .
For instance , Jean-Jacques Rousseau was of French Protestant ascendency .
Calvin was French , not Swiss
When was this? Was this the Calvin's 500 year anniversary with the PCA? My parents might be there if that's the case.

@foucachon If your folks were there for the Calvin quincentenary they were there for this. I led a tour of mostly PCA folks and joined the one David Hall led for the Sunday July 5, 2009 in Geneva. Wonderful day!

They are singing Psalm 124

@nganir Thanks for your comment, but they're singing (I was there) I Greet Thee Who My Sure Redeemer Art. Psalm and hymn tunes are portable though you may be only familiar with this one with Psalm 124.
