i quit smoking cold turkey after being a pack-a-day smoker. the main thing i noticed after failing to quit so many times is that this final time i realized that the reason i suffered withdrawal pains the other times was that IT WAS ALL IN MY HEAD. all the "physical withdrawal pains" are nothing but oxygen getting back into its rightful places. as long as you have a positive attitude about it and realize whats happening to yourbody is normal after you smoke you'll be fine.

when i quit, i actually realized that it wasn't the cigarette smoke that i enjoyed, but it was the fresh air that i noticed after finishing my smoke. So, every time i noticed how fresh the air was, i wanted another smoke! how backwards is that!?

@Afterl1fe Yes, it is their choice, however it is not a non-smokers choice to breathe in your poison.
Smoking is the most stupid way to pollute the environment and poison others and yourself at the same time.
"We all will die" Why it matters? It matters because some people care to live longer disease free lives and those who don't could just kill themselves.
