my wife lost 80lbs in one year just by change her nutrition, 3 quarts of water a day and walking 2 miles every evening, using a gazelle while watching tv. the down side was that she toned up enought to kick my butt.plus i lost about $2000 buying her a new wardrobe.

I agree with you. I think you were pretty before you lost you weight too (I'm gay/not hitting on you). Reminds me of that Levi's ad that said something like "Hotness comes in all shapes and sizes" but all the models were the same shame and size. I think some people even look better with more weight. At the end of the day, it really is about your health and not your look. <3
