  • I had my breast augmentation done 8 years ago, also under the muscle. It was about 2 years after having my implants that I found this double bubble effect taking place. My nipples point towards the ground and I am so dissapointed. Im 29 and have decided that once ive had kids Im definitely going to have my implants replaced on top of the muscle (to stop this from happening again) and a breast lift done. Ive found this clip very informative, thanks.
