Minneapolis Police Chief Tim Dolan has asked the FBI to investigate the incident in which the police are seen punching and kicking Jenkins as they tried to arrest him. The incident happened in February 2009 after Jenkins was stopped for allegedly doing stop 15 mph over the speed limit.

  • I must have missed the brutality part but I did hear the police issue lawful commands and see the suspect refuse to obey those commands. Maybe this guy is mentally handicapped or something?

  • Since when is punching and kicking not brutality? Cops are not above the law and they clearly broke the law here.

  • @duckshoot. How much police training have you had in your life? Defendant in this case refuses to obey lawful commands , can we agree on that point? Distraction techniques such as punches and kicks may look terrible to you on video but the fact is it took 4 or 5 guys to get the cuffs on and we are trained to inflict pain until you comply. I have a question for you, how would you have taken the Def. into custody? Please be specific.

  • @djdyess Look at the video again he was already cuffed when they punched and kicked him. If you think that is right I pity America!

  • How hard is it to

#1 Stay in your car when told to?

#2 If you insist on being ignorant and jumping out of your car, PUT YOUR HANDS BEHIND YOUR BACK?

He was told several times to do each thing and he failed to comply

  • So the law says it's OK for a bunch of cops to punch and kick a suspect because he doesn't obey a command does it?

  • We can see the officer explain the stop at first, and the driver argues with the officer, the best thing to do is agree and comply, then when the chance comes fight the stop in court weather its civil, traffic, or criminal....Because confronting a cop in the streets is a beating your truly asking for, obviously they back eachother up, they cover things up and the only thing that stands is your ass being kicked really good, and a night in Jail.

  • THERES 45000 Police Brutality VIDEOS ON YOUTUBE AND PROB 5% HAVE EVER BEEN CAUGHT ON VIDEO.
