the problem with her is she knows nothing about physiology and she uses moves that make no sense or benefit any muscle groups. She's only small because she encourages a near starvation diet and exercises hours everyday, you could do any movement hours a day while not eating anything and get her results.

I wish people would stop referring her as a fraud. Her past business affair is her own problem. What we are looking for is result and that is what we get from doing her workout. I detest people who slam workouts without trying them out first. It is so easy to past remarks but when a workout is effective, such negative remarks turn others off from getting effective workout. Please try and do a workout first before slamming them.

This is one of the best workout dvd I have ever owned. I almost bypass Tracy Anderson when my workout friends made a mockery out of her 3 lbs weight limit and said she is all hogwash. I was lucky to read about how effective this workout is in a forum and decided to give it a try. This could be the workout that gives the quickest results. I have a body that looks like a man when I do traditional weights workout, her workout gives me the look I wanted for so long. I never lose strength too.

@MsTwangMoose its worth buying. If you dont like whooping instructors I recommend Nell McMandrew DVDs too. They are really really tough and u will see fast results. I run, use her DVds and the mat dvd and my body is slowly changing into something I like

I'm still wondering wether 2 buy this DVD (£6.98 - Amazon, btw) as many people reckon the instructions arn't clear enough? (& that she can't count, but I can live with that) - I like the idea of a DVD with great exercises, that work, & also no o.t.t. hysterically cheerful whooping instructor - but is it hard to follow?

How long did you use this dvd before loosing that much weight? 4 pants sizes sounds awesome! I would love to loose that much!

All the negative comments are ridiculous. I just started ballet again and gave her a shot because I like her 'dance' inspired approach to the legs and arms. I've noticed a difference, especially in my thighs and butt. My arms are getting stronger, and for those who don't like her 3 lb "rule" then just use heavier weights, it's not like the Tracy Anderson police are going to come and arrest you if you don't. I have noticed that she doesn't always do the same amount of reps for each side though.

Hi Tracy, I love you mat dvd. I do it 5-6 times a week with great results. Please post more videos regarding tips and tricks for staying in shape.
